Even more so, when Baby killed the mad scientist. where you get to ponder the mysteries of who he is or how he got Goku's body.Įxcept, Baby came out of nowhere and it was a load of bull. Even in DBS, Zamasu or Black has a better build up. The saiyans had two years and had proper build up. that was freaking scary, it build up Cell really well. they found a time travel machine abandoned, they found a cicada shell. All of the sudden they find Baby by mistake. we get no freaking clue or build up to Baby. yet, Goku could have owned them in his base form and they even acknowledge this.Īfter that build up, we get Rildo and the mad scientist. Multiple times they made Goku go "I am getting hyped" or "a strong person". In fact, the writers sucked so hard that they tried multiple times to brainwash or force people to feel people in a certain way. which made Goku go ssj for cheap drama and tension. The first reason why Baby sucked is mainly because the build up to Baby. Partnersīaby's concept or backstory is ok but Baby overall sucked.
